Returns and Refund

At Chako Lab, quality is our promise. We stand behind our products and are committed to ensuring they meet your expectations.

Returns:

• We accept returns only for items that are malfunctioning or have manufacturing defects.
• If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at chakolab.ph@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase, and provide your order details and photos of the issue. Our team will assist you with the return process.

Refunds:

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we’re happy to assist in replacing any item found to be defective.
