How do I clean my tumbler?
Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh abrasives. Soak with baking soda + water to remove odors. Dry thoroughly before storing.
Can I use it for hot and cold drinks?
✅ Insulated stainless steel: Keeps drinks hot/cold for up to 24 hours.
✅ Tritan plastic: Safe for hot & cold but not insulated.

At Chako Lab, quality is our promise. We stand behind our products and are committed to ensuring they meet your expectations.

Returns:

We accept returns only for items that are malfunctioning or have manufacturing defects.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at chakolab.ph@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase, and provide your order details and photos of the issue. Our team will assist you with the return process.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we’re happy to assist in replacing any item found to be defective.

At Chako Lab, we’re committed to getting your favorite tumblers to you quickly and in perfect condition. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with speed and reliability in mind because staying hydrated shouldn’t have to wait! Order Processing: Once you place an order, our team confirms and prepares it within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery Timelines: We deliver nationwide, except for areas beyond our logistics partner’s coverage. Metro Manila (NCR): 1-3 Days Greater Manila Area: 2-5 Days Provincial Areas: 3-10 Days Tracking Your Order Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS, so you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way. Need to Reschedule Your Delivery? If you won’t be available to receive your order, let us know ASAP by emailing us at chakolabph@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to assist you!
